Konsekvens | Økt risiko for ventrikkelerosjoner og -blødning, fremfor alt ved inntak av større engangsdoser etanol, samt ved regelmessig bruk av etanol over tid. Økt eller nedsatt maksimalkonsentrasjon av etanol ved samtidig inntak. |
Håndtering | JusteringAvDoseringstidspunkt: Selv om risikoøkningen for ventrikkelerosjoner og -blødning er liten, bør alkoholinntaket begrenses til 1-2 enheter per dag ved samtidig bruk av acetylsalisylsyre. |
Mekanisme | Additive effekter på ventrikkelmukosa; dessuten muligens additive hemmende effekter på trombocyttfunksjon/koagulasjon. Økt maksimalkonsentrajon av alkohol kan skyldes hemmet metabolisme av etanol i ventrikkelmukosa ved samtidig inntak av etanol. Nedsatt/forsinket maksimalkonsentrajon av alkohol kan muligens skyldes forsinket vedntrikkeltømming ved bruk av acetylsalisylsyre. |
